Triage first
We start with a fixed-scope triage: what is actually here, what is worth keeping, what needs remaking, and what is realistically achievable. You get a clear picture and a plan before committing to anything larger.
Keep the service running
Where something is already live and in use, we fix and improve it in place — steadying the existing system while we work, rather than taking it down.
Keep what is good, remake what is not
Honest calls on the inherited code. We do not rebuild for the sake of it, and we do not paper over what genuinely has to be replaced.

If you were promised things that were never possible, we will tell you straight and reset the plan to what can actually be delivered — and by when.

Can you take over a project another agency started?
Yes — that is most of what we do. We assess what has been built, work out what is worth keeping and what to remake, and either finish it with our own team or lead yours to done.
Our system is already live. Can you work without downtime?
Yes. Where something is already in production and in heavy use, we fix and improve it in place, keeping the service running throughout.
Do you have to rebuild everything?
No. We start with a triage and make honest calls — we do not rebuild for the sake of it, and we do not paper over what genuinely needs replacing. Tangled or AI-built code is a common case.
Can you just manage our existing team?
Yes. We can come in and lead as an alternative to taking the build over completely — see leadership.
